    PLEASE REVIEW OUR SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACLING AN ORDER.We do not offer refunds at this time. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made. 


    Starting November 11th 2016 Belle de Mar offers free world-wide shipping via FIRST CLASS mail. This shipping method does not include tracking number and shipping times vary depending on state or country. 

    -BELLE DE MAR offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $150.

     -Free domestic shipping on orders of $150+ applies to USPS Priority Mail® (refer to approximate shipping times for more information). *Shipping method may vary during SALES or special shipping events. 

     -Most orders will ship within 48 hrs. of an order being placed. Our cutoff time is 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. We do not ship/process during weekends and holidays.

    International shipping


    -International customers are responsible for the payment of applicable duties or taxes.


    -The customer will be responsible for all customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to BELLE DE MAR. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund (*we only offer store credit)


    Note:  We recommend you contact your country's customs office for an estimate of fees before placing your order. 


     Exchanges – Returns


    -We reserve the right to refuse the package and/or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements

     -All items in our SALE section are FINAL SALE. 

    -Items which price ends .99 are FINAL SALE.

    -Please review your order carefully before submitting. We do not allow cancelations. Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modification to the order.


    You must email a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery of your order to Please be sure to provide us with your order number and reason for returning/exchanging. The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.


    Please include the original invoice and the return slip.  We recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package.  BELLE DE MAR is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.


    Once the return/exchange safely arrives, we will inspect the item(s) condition.  Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted) Please allow 5-7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. 



    Apparel and swimwear must meet the following requirements:


    -Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains. We will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged suits back to the customer, as we can no longer re sell the merchandise. 


    -Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached. For all swimwear bottoms the protective hygienic slip must not be removed.


    -The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Any merchandise returned to BELLE DE MAR after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.

    -Once it has been processed you will receive an email containing a code with your store credit.


    -We do not offer refunds at this time. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made. 


    -Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


    -We do not reimburse your shipping charges for exchanges.


    -Store credit may not be used for shipping charges.


    -All items that are priced ending in .99 are FINAL SALE. Not eligible for exchanges/returns.


    - We value customer satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. The purchaser will incur no additional shipping and handling charges. Our costumer service must be contacted immediately after receiving the item. A picture of the damaged item must be included. Do not ship until you have been approved for an Exchange.
