    Are you located in El Salvador OR the US?

     

    We have a brick and mortar store in El Salvador, however BELLEDEMAR.COM is based in Miami. All orders are processed and shipped in the US.

     

     

    Can I Order items I have seen on social media from EL SALVADOR?

     

    We do have items that are not on the online store that can be purchased from BELLE DE MAR EL SALVADOR. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: that even though we are the same ‘brand’, terms and conditions vary. Prices and shipping charges are different and should be inquired about directly to BELLE DE MAR El Salvador.

    Do I need to buy the whole set (top and bottom)?

     

    All our pieces are sold separately. Feel free to mix and match!

     

    The items I want sold out, will you be restocking?

     

    Our items are seasonal so usually we do not restock.

     

    Can I get a refund for items I no longer want?

     

    We only offer product exchange or store credit after you order has been placed.

     

    I ordered items last week and now they are on sale can I get them on sale?

     

    Sale prices are not retroactive.

     

    Do you guys gift-wrap?

     

    Orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper but if you have any specific request please email us info@belledemar.com

     

    I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.

     

    Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock or not available.

     

    What happens if I am buying a pre-order item and in-stock items at the same time?

     

     

    Items in stock will be on hold until we receive the pre order items. If you wish them to ship separately please place two separate orders.

     

     

    I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?

     

    Please review your order carefully before submitting. We do not allow cancellations. Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order.

     

    Will I have to pay custom or duties fees when the package arrives (international orders)?

     

    All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and the arrival countries customs authorities solely determine those charges. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

     

    What can BELLE DE MAR do if my package is lost?

     

    Packages are rarely lost. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact customer service to file a lost package report, and we will try to help you locate it by filing a claim with USPS. Unfortunately, we are not liable or responsible for any lost or stolen mail.
